TRAUMA FOCUSED
COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps individuals process and overcome the emotional distress caused by traumatic experiences, using cognitive behavioral techniques and trauma-sensitive interventions. 

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Psychotherapy evidence-based technique used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health conditions. Can help process and reduce the impact of traumatic memories. Can enhance coping mechanisms, and promotes emotional regulation. 

CONSULTATION

Brief, preliminary meeting, often a phone call or short Zoom session, to assess needs and determine if therapist is a good fit, allowing both parties to gather information and decide on next steps. 

INTENSIVE THERAPY

Focused, structured approach to mental health treatment that involves more frequent and extended sessions compared to traditional therapy, aiming for quicker and more comprehensive progress.
